Returns and Exchanges
We stand behind the quality of our clothing and want customers to be satisfied with them. We'll always do our best to take care of customers—our philosophy is to deal with them fairly and reasonably.
Returns and Refunds:
You have 14 days to return merchandise to us from the date of purchase or the date of delivery if purchased online. Refunds can only be issued via the original payment made. We cannot issue refunds, exchanges or credits on items returned to us after 14 days.
Items can only be returned to us in their original condition. Only new, unused and unworn items will be considered for return.
If the size isn’t right or you just want something different then please make sure you notify us within 14 days for an exchange as our stock levels change very quickly. If we do not have the item in stock then you can exchange it for an item of equal value or receive a refund.
What can't be returned:
· Items described as "Final Sale" cannot be returned or exchanged.
· There is no return on Swimwear. All sales are final on Swimwear.
· Any custom or altered garment.
· Any worn, soiled, altered, washed, or customer-damaged items cannot be returned.
